Cash For Kids

VW Festival is not just a car show, we are renowned for our raffle Beetle too, which all the proceeds go towards the children's Charity Cash For Kids. The Beetle's over the years wouldn't have been possible without the help & expertise of the guys at Herbie Hospital, who have carefully & lovingly restored the vehicles involved over the years.

CASH FOR KIDS is a grant-giving charity helping the children that need it most across the UK. The money raised from VW Festival goes to help disadvantaged children across West, North & South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire.

Their mission is to improve the lives of disadvantaged children and young people in our local communities who are affected by poverty, illness, neglect or have additional needs. Cash For Kids believe that all children should be able to express their individuality, achieve their potential and live life to the full.

They work with grass-roots Organisation's that aim to make a difference to young lives, directly supporting families who often have nowhere else to go.

Our local Cash for Kids teams that we support helped 43,784 disadvantaged children across West, North & South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire in 2023 , of which VW Festival Raffle Beetle contributes towards this thanks to all you lovely people that buy that £3 ticket.

HERBIE HOSPITAL is a family run, local business, that knows everything Air cooled. There is no other company passionate or dedicated to helping like minded folk maintain their Air cooled vehicles. 

They have produced the charity raffle Beetle for VW Festival for over a decade. Every Beetle year in year out wouldn't be possible without the continued hard work & expertise of Johnny, Gina & Richard, and all their contacts, and without these guys it just wouldn't be possible.
