Main Arena
The main area, housing the main stage. This is where it gets busiest on the evening.
Tree Top
The location of the family entertainment marquee. This is the go-to place for families looking for something to do.
Acoustic Circle
The chilled out daytime area with its own outdoor stage and bar.
Fun Fair
This is the area where all of the rides and kid's activities will be.
The Avenue
The main throughfare that leads from the Show & Shine area straight up to the Fun Fair.
Carnival Row
A busy thoroughfare that connects the Acoustic Circle to the Fun Fair.
Trade details
- Payment is not required at the time of booking, payment reminders will be sent prior to the event. It is best to pay as soon as possible to confirm your place, you will not be allowed to trade with no payment before arrival.
- All trade bookings are for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
- Your pitch must include your camping space, please book appropriately. Pitches are 10 metres deep.
- All plots are outside and on grass.
- Marquees or tables are not provided.
- Electricity MUST be purchased in advance at the time of booking.
Trade Rules
These are here for the safety of our show visitors and other traders. There are no exceptions to any of these rules.
Generators are NOT allowed on site.
No loud music / heavy bass / booming car stereos. No noise after 12 am.
All display vehicles must be VAG.
No food can be sold in non-catering plots.
Liability insurance documentation and risk Assessments must be ready for inspection, proof will be asked prior to the event. For caterers, you must have gas safety and food hygiene. You cannot trade without this documentation.
No glass bottles or drinking glasses.
You must bring the appropriate cover for all weather conditions and appropriate fixtures, weights and straps to hold down your cover in all weather conditions.
Banned items
Silly string, air horns, stink bombs, legal highs, fireworks, fun snaps throw bangers, Chinese lanterns, vapes and laser pens are prohibited.

Arrival Times
Thursday: 9am-9pm.
Trading Hours
Friday arena opening time TBC - late.
All trade areas will be lit up by festoon, it is your choice whether you stay open past 6pm. If you opt for the main arena you must be open to close.
Saturday 10am-late.
Sunday 10am-4pm.
Pack down commences at 5pm on the Sunday
No Vehicle movement on site after 10am on Saturday and Sunday
Cannot leave until Sunday 5 pm earliest
No camping Sunday night
